Current status

Payments and paid subscriptions are not enabled. The local seven-day trial requires no card and ends without a charge. There is no paid renewal to cancel in this preview.

Reset preview clears local cabinet data only. It is not an account-deletion request, cancellation of a payment or refund request.

Cancellation and refunds are different

For any future subscription, cancellation terms must explain how to stop renewal and when access ends. Refund terms must separately explain when and how a payment can be returned. Neither procedure is active in the current preview.

The final terms must cover unused access, withdrawal rights where applicable, service failures and incorrect or duplicate charges. This draft sets no cancellation penalty or blanket “no refunds” rule and does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Information required before sales

• A working cancellation control or contact, the point at which cancellation takes effect, and what happens to remaining access.
• The refund contact and request procedure, information needed to identify a purchase, the applicable criteria and time limits, and how approved refunds are returned.
• The operator, jurisdiction, payment provider and a process for complaints or payment errors. These details have not yet been confirmed.

Payment information

Do not send bank card numbers, security codes or sign-in codes to request help. Plucky has not enabled a payment form for this preview. Any future purchase must identify the merchant and payment provider before payment.
